How to Store Mandarins

Refrigerate
Store whole mandarins in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator.

Or, place mandarins in a bowl and cover loosely with Glad® Press'n Seal® wrap.

Store in the refrigerator.

How to Freeze Mandarins

Prepare
Remove peel and membrane. Cut top and bottom off so that it sits flat on cutting board.

Cut
Following the curve, cut away pith and peel around the citrus. Then cut into segments between membranes.

Place
Collect fruit in the bowl, drain, and place into a Freezer Zipper bag or FreezerWare™.

Freeze
Remove as much air as possible if using bags, then seal. Place in the deepest part of the freezer.
