How to Store Lemons

Seal
Seal whole lemons in a Glad® Food Storage Zipper Bag. Squeeze out as much air as possible when sealing the bag.

Cut
To store cut lemons, cut fruit into wedges of desired size

Seal
Seal in a GladWare® food protection container.

Refrigerate
Store lemons in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator.

How to Freeze Lemons

Place
Place whole lemons in a Freezer Zipper bag, squeezing as much air out as possible.

Prepare
Or, quarter lemon and place on tray. Flash freeze for 1 hour.

Transfer
Transfer lemon pieces to a Freezer Zipper bag.

Freeze
Remove as much air as possible from bag, then seal. Place in the deepest part of the freezer.
