• Seal

  Seal unwashed endive heads in a Glad^® Food Storage Zipper Bag.

• Refrigerate

  Place bag in the crisper drawer.

• Store

  Or, place endive heads in a GladWare^® food protection container in the coldest part of the refrigerator.
