How to Store Arugula

Prep
Wash and dry arugula thoroughly.

Place
Place leaves between paper towels and put into a Glad® Food Storage Zipper Bag.

Place
Close loosely and place in the crisper drawer of the fridge.

Seal
Or, line a GladWare® container with paper towel, layer arugula on top and seal.
Keeps from 10–12 months in Freezer Zipper Bags; 5–6 months in FreezerWare™
How to Freeze Arugula

Blanch
Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds, then place in ice. Drain and dry.

Pack
Pack into Freezer Zipper bags. Remove air and seal.

Purée
Or, try puréeing the arugula with water and freezing in an ice tray.

Freeze
Keep cubes or packed arugula in Freezer Zipper bags or FreezerWare™. Place in deepest part of the freezer.
