Rated 1 out of 5 by ClingWrapper from New Cutting Edge Doesn't Work This used to be my go to kitchen product and still love the product but the new plastic cutting edge has made it all but unusable and I recommend buying alternatives until it is fixed. It's supremely frustrating having to get out scissors every time to cut a sheet of this off. A huge misstep by the packaging team, the only silver lining is I imagine it'll be fixed quickly as it's such a bad experience atm.

When I near the end of trying to cut off a sheet the wimpy plastic cutting edge glued to the flimsy cardboard top can't get the job done. It takes what should be an easy two hand task and turns it into (a) put the box and roll down, (b) go get the scissors, (c) cut the roll and (d) go put scissors away task

I recently bought the 2-pack extra-large 140 sq.ft. value size at Costco in preparation for Thanksgiving and I found it to be a total waste of money!!!!!!!! It says, "IMPROVED CUTTER BAR" and it is actually WORSE THAN BEFORE :-) I wasted half the roll trying to tear of small pieces, large pieces, it didn't matter. I finally threw the whole box in the trash. Very disappointed in the new cutter bar!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kent from Poor performance of plastic serrated cutter I have used (and preferred) GLAD Press'NSEAL for years. The recent change to the serrated edge that tears the product is totally unacceptable. I have to stop and cut the product before tearing the sheet off. If this is not corrected I will stop buying your product. I hate SARANWRAP, so I don't know what I will replace Press'nseal with. But I will not willingly be frustrated by your worthless serrated cutter. I am totally satisfied with the Press'nseal wrap itself. It is perfect.
