How to Store Brussels Sprouts

Cut
Trim ends and place flat on a cutting board. Cut or shred Brussels sprouts into desired size.

Once leaves are cut or separated, place in a GladWare® food protection container.

Cover
If whole, place Brussels sprouts in a bowl covered with Glad® Press'n Seal® or Glad®ClingWrap with air holes.

How to Freeze Brussels Sprouts

Blanch
Boil washed Brussels sprouts for 3–4 minutes. Then plunge into ice water for 3 minutes.

Pack
Pack dried Brussels sprouts into Freezer Zipper bags.

Freeze
Remove as much air as possible from bag. Place flat in the deepest part of the freezer.
