Seal sunchokes in a Glad® Food Storage Zipper Bag and squeeze out as much air as possible.

Place in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator.

How to Freeze Sunchokes

Blanch sunchokes for 4 mins in boiling water, then plunge into ice water for 4 mins.

Slice or dice into pieces of desired size.

Place in a Freezer Zipper bag, remove as much excess air as possible, then seal.
